Workrite Fire Service Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied and feel protected in your workritefire.com purchase. If you are not happy with your online purchase, we will gladly accept your return at no cost to you. You may return merchandise that has not been worn, washed or altered within 60 days of your order’s shipment. We provide a prepaid shipping label for FREE returns.



Please note: We are unable to offer refunds on final clearance items, customized items, or items not purchased on workritefire.com. If you have further questions, please call us at 1-800-521-1888.

Return Instructions

1. Fill out the Workrite Fire Service return form found at the bottom of your packing slip.
2. Indicate item and quantity being returned.
3. Select reason code for each item being returned.
4. Include the completed returns form in your box.
5. Place the provided prepaid label on your package.
6. Store return tracking info for your records. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to process once received by our facility.

EXCHANGES


We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we encourage you to return the product and reorder on workritefire.com.

05 – Style different from ordered
06 – Item size different from order
34 – Item not as described
69 – Item damaged in transit
77 – Fit too small
78 – Fit too large
79 – Quantity does not match order
81 – Changed mind
84 – Ordered wrong item
85 – Did not like item
87 – Item defective
