For more than 17 years, Chase has dedicated himself to offering top-tier uniform solutions across various workwear sectors. His current focus is exclusively on the Fire Services Industry, where he spearheads business development initiatives for Workrite Fire Service throughout the entire Eastern United States. Committed to our core mission of safeguarding the firefighters who ensure our communities' safety, Chase plays a pivotal role in identifying the specific needs of departments and facilitating access to NFPA® 1975 compliant station wear solutions for personnel.







Derek Sang

Technical Training Manager


Boasting over a quarter-century of experience in the Flame-Resistant (FR) apparel industry, Derek Sang has played multiple key roles, contributing significantly to the development and execution of FR clothing programs for some of the world's leading companies. Following Workrite's integration in 2018, Derek has deepened his expertise in secondary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), particularly in Station wear and Wildland Urban Interface uniforms, focusing on their critical function in safeguarding Firefighters. As the Senior Technical Training Manager at Bulwark Protection and Workrite Fire Service, Derek has crafted upwards of 40 hours of educational content for Bulwark University, encompassing a comprehensive range of topics on Flame Resistant and Arc Rated attire for the industrial spheres and Fire Services. Recognized widely as an expert in the appropriate selection, application, care, and management of flame-resistant and arc-rated fabrics as secondary PPE, Derek is also accredited as a Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) and holds a certification as a Safety, Health, Environmental Professional (CSHEP) from the International Association of Safety and Health Professionals (IASHEP).
